La Tortilla at La Merced
Be prepared to rock out to live music Friday night…
Twelve bands from around Sacatepéquez are coming together to celebrate Fiestas de Octubre. The collective La Tortilla will be presenting a grand performance of varied musical talent Friday evening from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at La Merced.
La Tortilla is born as a vision and dream to shake the musical tribes of La Antigua Guatemala and to create a bigger fire out of the sum of all lights and voices. It is the intention of Corrina Grace and Antonio Jueves to connect the dots in an experiment to find out what happens when you bring musicians to the studio, record them and share those songs with the world.
