Guatemalan Documentary: When The Mountains Tremble directed by Newton Thomas Sigel, Pamela Yates 1983The Bagel Barn will be offering a free showing of a Guatemalan film today at 7:00pm.

When the Mountains Tremble (Newton Thomas Sigel, Pamela Yates 1983) is “a documentary on the war between the Guatemalan military and the Mayan population, with firsthand accounts by Nobel Peace Prize winner Rigoberta Menchu.”

During the showing, viewers can munch on any one of Bagel Barn’s 11 types of bagels and 8 flavors of cream cheese. The tourist hot spot also offers fresh licuados and coffee from Azotea – also available by the bag.
